Just as waves do not judge people at will, Stockholm Surfboard Club (hereinafter referred to as SSC) encompasses all generations. SSC is a brand that Manne Glad (hereinafter referred to as MG), co-founder, renowned surfboard shaper, and fashion designer, announced its departure in 2019.
Johnny Johansson (hereinafter referred to as JJ), a legendary designer of Acne Studios, was fascinated by MG's artisan spirit and experimental attitude toward fashion, art, music, and surfing, and invited him to become a designer of Acne Studios, and he became the creative director of SSC.
Less than two years after its foundation, SSC has brought new waves to Stockholm fashion and subculture gods with JJ's full support and MG's dedication, creating an unprecedented new breeze among surfers who enjoy style and culture.
MG deploys SSC with that heart. Patterns and colors started from the aesthetic perspective of brands that wanted to cross generations,
Swimwear and wetsuits with high breathability and edge design have been chosen by numerous surfers who know the style.
